How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Footballqualified Roofing should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Topics We Accept

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Footballqualified Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each answers for its own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

Still, let us know. Feedback helps keep the network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please note that Footballqualified Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide anything for a provider.

Steps to File

First, email contact@footballqualified.world. Next, include these items:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Send It

Then we reply by email to confirm we received it, usually within a few business days. We review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Last, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

You can answer our reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may also help.
